What is Artificial Neural Network in Machine Learning and How did it work?

ANN stands for Artificial Neural Networks. As like we humans have a biological nervous system, we wants that we could develop the same system on our machines and computers also, because our nervous system had some powers such as - neurons transports the data/information in a microsecond, our brain has the capability to learn from himself, our brain could learn from his past experiences and mistakes, our brain could form answer of that question also which our brain has never heard even. So, we want that same infrastructure into our machines, and that is why it is known as Artificial Neural Network.

Now, Let's understand about how an ANN works? in the form of points that are given below -:

• First of all, certain inputs are provided to the nodes. Each input signals have a weight associated with them.
• All the inputs with their weights move toward the Submission part of the node.
• The submission part sums up all the input signals and weights and make a product from them.
• Then, submission part sends it to the Activation Function.
• Activation function takes all the sum of signals and their associated weights and apply its machine learning algorithms and methods and forms an output.
• And, then Activation function sends the output to other nodes.
