System administrator uses the IaaS service. it is the most flexible service as compare to the PaaS and SaaS.

2. PaaS -:

PaaS stands for Platform as a Service. Let's also understand this terminology by an example. In this case, you just needed a room for living, and a house master has given you a room on a rent, where all the utilities were provided to you like - water, food, T.V, Fan etc. and you could not customize or change anything. that is the example of PaaS. Means, in PaaS you are not provided with the access of OS, middleware but UI's access is granted to you. In PaaS, a platform is provided in which you could develop your application in a run time environment and could deploy it also. So, developers uses this PaaS service. The OS and middleware is given by the vendor. Here a platform, run time environment and development tools are provided to you.

SaaS stands for Software as a service. In SaaS service we have a very very limited amount of access, we cannot change its OS, middleware and we are not provided with any kind of platform to complete our task. Normal users use this SaaS service.
